HOW TO ORDER FROM LAPP-ELISA QUILTS

All fabrics are 44 inch wide unless otherwise noted and 100% cotton.

Min. quantity is 25 cm (we cut appr. 28cm/11 inch) unless there are special fabric pieces noted.

To order, place your items in the shopping cart, confirm order and it will be sent online to Lapp-Elisa Quilts. You can also fill your shoppingcart, print it and fax it to us, or you can call by phone. We offer secure payment via Internet, and accept the following cards: Mastercard and Visa

All fabric prices are incl. 25% moms (sales tax), books and patterns are incl. 6% moms (sales tax). If the sales tax is changed, our prices changes according to new tax. For countries outside EEC the price will be reduced by 20% on the invoice (5,7% for books/patterns).

Shipments are made by post, unless you state otherwise in the “comments” area of your order. As a “thumbnail”-rule, 1metre of fabric weighs appr. 180 grams.

There is an additional shipping fee for envelopes thicker than 30 mm of Euro 1.21

Orders above EURO 165.00 (SEK 1.500,-) will be sent free of shipping.

If you chose to pay creditcard or in advance, we will send your order immediately after confirmed payment, please mail me at lapp-elisa@telia.com for shippingcost to be added if you choose to pay in advance. When COD (postförskott) we will send your order immediately, so that you will receive it (within Sweden) within 1-2 days.

Salesterms:

If you’re not satisfied with your goods, you may return it, but you must contact Lapp-Elisa Quilts HB before you do, and also pay the return shippingcosts. The goods must be returned in original and unbroken packaging. You will have to advise us soonest possible after receipt, - either by email, phone or fax when you wish to return your goods.
